Idea and Design
The Puffer Couch was born from a need for a comfortable, durable, and kid-safe solution. By eliminating the traditional wooden frame and springs, we created a couch made entirely of high-density foam and fabric, ensuring there are no hard edges or sharp corners. This innovative design provides maximum comfort with high-density memory foam and skin-friendly, breathable linen-blend fabric. It's robust enough to withstand energetic play, offering a safe environment for kids, and is also lightweight and easy to move, making it the perfect choice for any family.

Factory Visit and Refining the Design
We visited countless factories to find one we could trust. After numerous hours meeting and discussing with factory owners, we selected a factory with over 40 years of experience in making couches, including for luxury Italian brands. We spent countless days and nights with the owner, refining our design to ensure it was comfortable, durable, and kid-safe.

Materials Picking and Testing
We tested numerous materials to ensure our couch is comfortable, durable, and kid-safe. The biggest problem with cheap foam is that it dents, especially at the edges and corners, and doesn't provide adequate support over time. We conducted extensive tests on various foams to ensure the deformation rate remains within 2% for over 8 years.

Do you ship overseas?
For now, we only ship to the US and Canada. However, please feel free to contact us if you need to ship elsewhere. We are planning to offer global shipping very soon.
